Benefits

Why AI-assisted simultaneous translation

Simultaneous translation for events no longer requires booths, receivers and weeks of logistics. The model changed — and so did the costs.

No booths, no receivers

Attendees join via QR code or link, on their own phone with their own earphones. Less logistics, lower cost, and zero lost or damaged equipment.

More languages, without multiplying costs

Adding a language no longer means another booth or another interpreter. AI translation scales to the languages your audience needs.

Audio, captions or both

Translation delivered as synthesised audio on the phone, low-latency text, or on-screen captions for the room — depending on the event format.

Technical operation included

We don't hand over a login and wish you luck. Pre-event setup, audio tests, soundcheck and an on-site technician are part of the service.

Integrates with the room's sound

Audio feed from the sound desk or dedicated microphones, in direct coordination with the event's AV, sound or production team.

Sized case by case

Number of rooms, duration, languages and format: the solution is designed for your event — not the other way around. Tailored proposal, no rigid packages.

How it works

Transcription, translation and delivery to your audience — during the event

A simple flow, tested before the event starts.

01

Audio capture

We capture the room or speaker audio — from the event's sound desk or with dedicated microphones.

02

Automatic transcription

Speech is transcribed automatically, with glossaries tuned to the event's terminology when needed.

03

AI translation

Artificial intelligence translates into the configured languages, simultaneously, with low latency.

04

Delivery to the audience

Synthesised audio and/or text on each attendee's phone (QR code), or captions on the room screen.

Delivery formats

On the attendee's phone or on screen

Every event has its own context. Delivery adapts to the available AV setup and the type of audience.

  • Link or QR code — attendees point their camera, pick a language and listen through their own earphones. No app installation.
  • On-screen captions — AI translation and transcription shown on room or stage screens, for events where individual audio isn't the right format.
  • A combination of both — multilingual audio on phones + on-screen captions, for mixed audiences and hybrid events.
  • Event transcription — a written record of sessions, useful for minutes, accessibility and post-event content.

Who it's for

Built for the people who make events happen

Event organisers

A single supplier for the multilingual component: technology, sound and operation. Fewer vendors to coordinate, fewer risks on event day.

Corporate events

Kick-offs, townhalls, conferences and international meetings with multilingual teams. A premium experience without the logistics of the traditional model.

Audiovisual companies

We integrate into your setup: feed from your control desk, direct technical coordination, and a translation service you can offer to your own clients.

DO IT HAPPEN operation

From soundcheck to closing

The difference between a technology demo and a service you can rely on is the operation. That's what we do.

  • Pre-event setup and configuration of languages and channels
  • Audio tests and soundcheck with the production team
  • On-site technician and monitoring throughout the event
  • Coordination with AV, sound, production and organisation teams
  • Signage and attendee onboarding (QR, instructions)
Tailored solution

Designed case by case, never a rigid package

A solution sized to each event — the proposal is adjusted to the number of rooms, languages and duration, with technical operation included.

A note on transparency: AI translation is now a solid alternative for most corporate contexts — but we don't promise perfection. For highly technical or diplomatic scenarios, we assess case by case and tell you clearly what the technology does well and where a human interpreter remains the right choice.
Frequently asked questions

Before you request a proposal

Does AI simultaneous translation replace human interpreters?+
For most corporate contexts — conferences, presentations, international meetings — it is a solid and far more agile alternative today. For highly technical or diplomatic scenarios, we assess case by case and tell you transparently where a human interpreter remains the right choice.
Which languages are available?+
Dozens of languages, including Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian and German. We confirm the required language pairs at the proposal stage, based on your audience.
Do attendees need to install an app?+
No. Access is via link or QR code, directly in the phone browser. Attendees use their own earphones. Alternatively, the translation can be shown as on-screen captions in the room.
What if the event has no AV team?+
We handle the audio capture with our own equipment. If there is an AV team, we coordinate directly with the control desk and take the feed from the sound board — without interfering with the event setup.
What is the translation latency?+
Latency is low and always depends on audio capture quality, language, speaker diction, ambient noise and the technical configuration of the event. During preparation we assess the setup and run tests to ensure the best possible experience.
Does it work across multiple rooms at the same time?+
Yes. Each room gets its own translation channel, with languages configured independently. The proposal is sized to the number of rooms, languages and duration of the event.
How does pricing work?+
We do not publish a fixed price list because every event is different. The proposal is tailored to the number of rooms, languages and duration, with technical operation included. Request a proposal through the form — we reply quickly.
