Does DO IT HAPPEN provide only software, or on-site operation too?
We provide both software and on-site operations. Setup, configuration, vendor coordination, on-site technical team during the event and monitoring. We are not a self-service SaaS vendor.
Do I need to install an app to use AI translation?
Not necessarily. DO IT Translate works via the smartphone browser. For events with specific requirements, a dedicated app can be used.
How does QR-code check-in work?
Each registrant receives a unique QR by email. At the event, the QR is scanned on tablet or gun; the system validates the participant, logs the entry and prints a custom badge in seconds. Details on Event check-in.
Is it possible to print badges on-site?
Yes — on-site PVC or thermal badge label printing with colour, photo, category (speaker, staff, VIP, press, attendee) and printer redundancy for larger events.
Does AI translation replace human interpreters?
In many contexts yes; in others it complements them. For highly technical or diplomatic terminology, we recommend prior assessment. Per-event custom glossaries improve accuracy.
What is the expected AI translation latency?
Latency is low and always depends on audio capture quality, language, speaker diction, ambient noise and the technical configuration of the event. During preparation we assess the setup and run tests to ensure the best possible experience.
Does the solution work for in-person, hybrid and corporate events?
Yes. The architecture supports in-person, hybrid and corporate flows. We adapt network, audio capture and digital platforms to the event format.
Can it integrate with Google Sheets, CRM or other platforms?
Yes — integrations with CRMs, email platforms, payment systems and analytics tools. Data export in any format with an API available for custom flows.
Can the solution be branded for the event?
Yes — forms, invitations, badges, app and interfaces match the event's visual identity and tone, with multilingual support.
