How QR-code check-in works
When confirming registration in Eventsapp, the participant receives a QR code by email. On site, the QR is scanned on tablet or gun; the system validates the participant, logs the entry and prints a custom badge within seconds.
Event accreditation and credentialing
Accreditation by category (speaker, staff, VIP, press, general attendee), differentiated badge colours, zone-based access control (stage, backstage, restricted areas) and real-time count of who is inside.
On-site equipment and operations
We operate with QR scanners, badge printers (PVC or thermal), tablets, print redundancy and a technical team on the ground. The setup is designed for continuous flow with no single critical points.
Self check-in and kiosks
For large-scale events we configure self check-in kiosks where the participant uses their QR and prints their own badge — reducing queues and staff dependency.
Real-time check-in dashboards
